        And Mrs. Heidrun Bormann took this to heart in 1996 when she took over the property management division of the Behrendt company.

        As a longtime executive of the 110 year old successful traditional house she felt honored to continue the Artur Caesar Behrendt Hausverwaltungen GmbH with the proven conventional business philosophy - without losing the overview for market changes and innovative service thinking!

        Since then, the property management company has been a professional service provider, reliably assisting every owner and tenant in all essential matters.         Frequently asked questions

        When will we receive the operating and heating cost statement?

        By law, the tenant must receive the statement of operating costs by December 31 of the following year at the latest.
        There are deviations in the heating cost statements according to the contractual agreements, e.g. 30.04, 30.06 or 31.12.

        When will the contracted company come to fix the defect?

        The service companies are contracted by us, which contacts the tenant and arranges appointments. The property management is not responsible for the appointment and is usually not informed about the timing.

        Can you resend me a tenant account sheet(s)/ rent debt free certificate(s)/ apportionment statement(s)?

        Gladly, but we charge a fee for this.

        Do you have vacant apartments or apartments that are becoming vacant?

        As soon as vacancies exist, or are foreseeable, these apartments are advertised.

        What to do in case of an emergency, such as a burst pipe/water damage?

        Emergency phone numbers are posted in the show boxes in the hallways.

        We have homeless people in the hallways, what should I do?

        Please do not act on your own authority and contact the police.

        Can we see the property manager without an appointment?

        We do not recommend this, as we are also very busy. To make an appointment in advance, please use our contact form below.

        What are hybrid owners meetings and how can I participate?

        Hybrid owner meetings allow you to participate in a meeting both physically on-site and virtually. This innovative solution provides flexibility and allows for increased participation, regardless of your location. Before each meeting, we provide you with all the necessary information to participate accordingly.
