And Mrs. Heidrun Bormann took this to heart in 1996 when she took over the property management division of the Behrendt company. As a longtime executive of the 110 year old successful traditional house she felt honored to continue the Artur Caesar Behrendt Hausverwaltungen GmbH with the proven conventional business philosophy – without losing the overview for market changes and innovative service thinking! In 2003, their son Marcus Bormann joined the company. Both are managing directors of the property management company, which looks after around 3.000 Wohneinheiten on a daily basis.
The vision of "everything from one source" manifests itself into reality: Through seminars and further training, Marcus Bormann's new path crystallizes more and more, and thus a new company was born in May 2005: BORMANN IMMOBILIEN GMBHWith an excellent feeling for new, profitable challenges, Mr. Bormann takes care of his always satisfied customers. In his daily business he deals with national buyersas well as international partners. The main focus of his activities is the sale of existing properties and the sale of property development projects as well as the project planning and brokerage of land and investment properties.In addition, Bormann Immobilien GmbH offers professional consulting and value mediation of properties through professional partners in the field of architecture & appraisal.
